Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the lawn care and property maintenance services provided by Next Door Lawn Care Solution ("NDLCS," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, booking service, or signing a service agreement with us, you ("Customer," "you") agree to the terms below. These terms work together with the individual price quote and service agreement provided for your property.

Services

We provide lawn care and property maintenance services tailored to each property, which may include mowing, string trimming and edging, cleanup of clippings from hard surfaces, weed control and bed maintenance, shrub and hedge trimming, seasonal leaf removal, mulching, and fertilization or lawn treatment. The specific services provided to you will be selected and confirmed before work begins.

Pricing — No Fixed Rate

We don't publish a single fixed price. Every quote is based on your property's lot size, current condition, terrain, service frequency, and the specific services you select.

• We'll provide a written or texted price quote before your first service and before any change in scope.
• The quoted price applies to the services and frequency described in that quote. We may re-evaluate pricing if your property's conditions, access, or scope change materially.
• Additional or one-time services outside the agreed scope — such as storm cleanup or overgrowth restoration — will be quoted and approved separately before we do the work.

Service Frequency & Scheduling

Service frequency is set at signup and confirmed in your price quote — for example, weekly, every other week, monthly, or one-time. We control scheduling within your agreed frequency to maintain route efficiency and service quality. You don't need to be present for service.

Billing & Payment

• By booking service, you authorize us to securely store a payment method on file (via Stripe) or to invoice you directly, as agreed at signup.
• Payment is due either at the time of service or upon receipt of invoice, as specified in your price quote. You'll get a receipt by email or text after each charge.
• You can update your payment method at any time. Returned or failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of service until resolved.

Cancellation

There's no long-term contract or cancellation penalty, unless otherwise stated in the price quote for a specific project.

• You can cancel or pause recurring service at any time by written or text notice to us.
• Cancellations received before your next scheduled service take effect that cycle. Requests received after service has already been performed take effect the following cycle.
• No refunds are issued for service already rendered.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep the service address accessible on scheduled service days (gates unlocked, vehicles moved, pets secured, etc.).
• Mark any underground utilities, irrigation heads, or hazardous items in the lawn area before service begins.
• Notify us of any property changes that may affect service or pricing.
• Keep your contact and billing information accurate and up to date.

Service Limitations & Liability

• We're not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden obstructions, or undisclosed items.
• Service may be rescheduled for severe weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, with makeup service provided at the next opportunity.
• We may decline or discontinue service to any property at our discretion with reasonable notice.
• Liability for any claim arising from normal lawn maintenance activity is limited to the cost of the most recent service.

Communications & Automated Messages

By booking service, you consent to receive automated texts and emails from us, including a welcome message, price quotes, service reminders, service completion confirmations (with before/after photos where applicable), payment receipts, and occasional review or referral requests. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Referral Program

Customers who refer new clients earn a one-time $50 referral commission once the referred customer becomes an active paying client. Commissions are paid once per referral — we don't offer lifetime or residual commissions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the price quote provided for your property and any signed service agreement, make up the entire agreement between you and NDLCS regarding lawn care services. They supersede any prior verbal or written representations and can only be modified in writing agreed to by both parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
