No. As long as your gate is unlocked, vehicles are moved, and pets are secured, we can take care of everything while you're away.

There's no long-term contract. You can cancel or pause recurring service anytime by written or text notice. Cancellations received before your next scheduled visit take effect that cycle; requests received after service has already been performed take effect the following cycle. No refunds are issued for service already rendered.

We securely store a payment method on file through Stripe, or invoice you directly, depending on what's agreed at signup. Payment is due either at time of service or upon receipt of invoice, and you'll get a receipt by email or text after each charge. You can update your payment method anytime, and a returned or failed payment may result in a temporary pause in service until it's resolved.

Service may be rescheduled for severe weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We'll get you a makeup visit at the next available opportunity.

We're not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden obstructions, or undisclosed items. That's why it helps to point out anything like irrigation heads, buried utility lines, or hazards in your lawn area before we start.

One-time or additional services outside your regular scope — like storm cleanup or overgrowth restoration — are quoted and approved separately before we do any of that work, so there are never surprise charges.
