Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website or services of FHQ Solutions.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of fhqsolutions.com and the websites operated under our divisions, including lawncare.fhqsolutions.com and system.fhqsolutions.com (collectively, the "Site"), and your engagement of any services offered by FHQ Solutions or its divisions, including Next Door Lawn Care and FHQ System (collectively, the "Services").

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

"Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to FHQ Solutions, a business based in Hinesville, Georgia, and its divisions, including Next Door Lawn Care and FHQ System.

"Site" refers to fhqsolutions.com and any subdomains or division websites operated by FHQ Solutions.

"Services" refers to any service offered by FHQ Solutions or its divisions, including but not limited to lawn care and property maintenance services, AI automation and CRM setup, website design, and related consulting.

"You" or "Customer" means the individual or business accessing the Site, requesting a quote or consultation, or engaging our Services.

"Content" refers to any text, images, or other materials made available through the Site.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and your relationship with FHQ Solutions. By accessing the Site, submitting a form, booking a consultation, or engaging any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or are engaging our Services on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy before using the Site.

3. Our services

Next Door Lawn Care

Next Door Lawn Care provides residential and commercial lawn maintenance services within our designated service area. Service plans, pricing, and scope of work will be confirmed with you prior to or at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

FHQ System

FHQ System provides AI automation, CRM setup, and related business systems for client businesses. The specific scope of work, setup fees, and monthly retainer for FHQ System services will be set out in a separate service agreement or invoice provided to you prior to engagement. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any separate written agreement you sign with us for FHQ System services.

4. Quotes, booking, and scheduling

Quotes provided through the Site, over the phone, or via consultation are estimates based on the information available to us at the time and may be adjusted after an in-person or more detailed assessment.

Bookings made through our online calendar are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointments but may need to reschedule due to circumstances outside our control, including weather, staffing, or equipment issues. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if a scheduled appointment needs to change.

5. Payment terms

Payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking or in your service agreement. For recurring services, such as lawn care plans or FHQ System retainers, payment is generally due on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel Services for accounts with unpaid or overdue balances, after reasonable notice.

6. Communications and SMS consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages, calls, and automated communications from us related to your service, including appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, and account updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP."

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, features, branding, and functionality (excluding any content you provide to us) are and will remain the exclusive property of FHQ Solutions and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Feedback

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our Site or Services, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Links to other websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FHQ Solutions, including the individual division sites. 10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or discontinue Services at our discretion, including for non-payment, misuse of our Site or Services, or violation of these Terms. You may discontinue use of our Services at any time by contacting us, subject to any separate service agreement's cancellation terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FHQ Solutions' total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months. In no event will FHQ Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Site may also be subject to other local, state, or federal laws.
