Quick Lift Cash Rides gives point-to-point rides in and around Hinesville, Georgia — including Midway, Richmond Hill, Savannah, Statesboro, Ludowici, Jesup, and airport runs. We're not a car rental company, and we don't lend vehicles — we drive you where you need to go.

This page explains what information we collect when you book a ride, why we collect it, and what we do (and don't do) with it. We keep this in plain language on purpose — no legal jargon, just the facts.

Information We Collect

When you book a ride or reach out to us, we collect only what we need to get you where you're going and keep in touch about your trip:

• Contact info — your name, phone number, and pickup/drop-off details you give us when booking
• Trip details — pickup location, destination, date, time, and any ride notes you add
• Payment details — whichever payment method you choose to use with us (see the Payment section below)
• Communication records — texts, calls, or messages you send us to book, confirm, or ask about a ride

How We Use It

We use your information for one simple reason: to get your ride booked, get you picked up on time, and get you where you're going safely. That includes:

• Confirming your booking and coordinating pickup with a local driver
• Contacting you about ride timing, changes, or delays
• Processing payment for the ride
• Keeping basic records so we can help if there's ever a question about a past trip

We don't use your information for anything beyond running your ride — we're not building ad profiles or selling data lists.

Location Data

Since we're a point-A-to-point-B ride service, we need to know your pickup spot and destination to get you there. Location details you share with us are used only to plan and complete your ride — not tracked or stored beyond what's needed for that trip and basic recordkeeping.

Payment Info

We currently accept the following payment methods, and it's your choice which one you use:

For digital payments (Cash App, Chime, Stripe), the transaction is handled directly by that payment provider's own secure system — we don't store your card numbers or banking login info on our end. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy covering how they handle payment data.

Sharing Info

We don't sell your information, and we don't hand it off to marketers. The only times your info gets shared are:

• With our drivers — so they know where to pick you up and where you're headed
• With payment processors — only the info needed to process the payment method you picked
• If the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid legal request

Keeping It Safe

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure — limiting who on our team can see booking details, and relying on trusted, established payment providers for any digital transactions. That said, no method of storing or sending information online is 100% risk-free, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You're always in control of your information with us. You can:

• Ask us what information we have on file for you
• Ask us to correct or update your contact details
• Ask us to delete your information, as long as we don't need it for an active or recent trip
• Choose which payment method you're comfortable using

Kids & Privacy

Quick Lift Cash Rides is meant for adults booking their own rides. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and rides involving minors should be booked and accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Policy Changes

If we ever update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We'd encourage you to check back every so often, but we'll never make changes that reduce your privacy without making it clear on this page.
